Lisa C. Neal

Lisa Neal is of counsel with Betts Patterson Mines, where she advises and defends insurers in first and third party coverage and bad faith matters.  In her 20 years of practice, Ms. Neal has advised insurers regarding a wide range of insurance products, including general liability, professional liability, medical and nursing home liability, and title insurance policies.  She has extensive experience in defending insurers in complex bad faith suits, including those involving failure to defend/settle claims, excess judgment claims, and suits involving collusive agreed judgments and settlements.
