Warren Louis Baker

A few months ago we decided to create an IRA - LLC to purchase rental income property. I did quite a bit of research on the subject and decided that the best course for this project was to not just sign up with an Internet based company but rather to consult with an expert. I asked a close attorney f...riend about helping me with this and soon realized that I knew more than he did about the process. At that point we agreed that maybe there was a better option. He consulted with a partner and I was referred to Warren Baker. He also was hands on in creating the LLC and filing documents for us with the State of Washington and the IRS. Warren was very prompt in answering any questions we had via numerous email or phone calls. We felt that Warren's fees were reasonable and the terms of payment were very fair.
