I highly recommend hiring Matthew Webbeking + the Lawgena firm. This is the second time I have had to hire Matthew. I feel confident in his guidance, advise, and expertise. Let me start by saying I have never wanted to be in family court. My daughter's father has taken me to court for child support... (2x), and custody. He failed. Not only is my ex bitter and antagonistic, he is also extremely reckless. He falsified documents to hide his money, and lied in court. With the help of Matthew, we were able to show the court these discrepancies and have the case cancelled. Although difficult, I wanted to be sensitive to his mental health struggles, and try to retain some sort of copacetic relationship, for the sake of our daughter. Matthew has always understood this and advises me as such. I have always felt very informed on my options and choices, and have never felt pressured. Matthew, as well as Sara, have been great communicators. Matthew takes the time to explain to me all possible outcomes and scenarios, and Sara is very prompt with her replies. Every time a motion has been brought against me, I have won. I credit a lot of this to Matthew.

Matthew and his team have been helping me with my case. He has been very ethic and supportive, and always giving excellent advice, and trying to keep the costs low, which is rare from what I've heard from people that have gone through divorces with other lawyers in the past.
