Since graduating from Northern Illinois University's School of Law in 2004, Lesley Irizarry-Hougan has devoted herself exclusively to practicing immigration law. She founded L.I.H. Law in 2009, which has earned a reputation as one of the top immigration law firms in the greater Seattle area.
