Jessica Eaves Mathews

Jessica Eaves Mathews, founder of Leverage Legal Group®, is an award-winning Trademark, Copyright and Intellectual Property attorney who has been practicing law for over 29 years. Her innovative, creative, and entrepreneurial spirit has helped define and improve law practice.

Jessica has spent her legal career representing businesses and business owners, from solopreneurs, to mom and pop stores and restaurants, to professional service-providers, to Fortune 500 companies and some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world. She was the head of litigation and compliance for Paul Allen, the co-founder of Microsoft.

In addition to her legal accomplishments, Jessica has had 19 years of experience launching and overseeing diverse business ventures. She has founded An Capall Equestrian®, An Capall Apparel®, Hautepreneurs™, the Premier Peer Network and Business Accelerator for Women Entrepreneurs, Untoxicating Beauty, and Grace & Game in addition to Leverage Legal Group and its contract arm, Leverage-A-Lawyer.

She is also the co-author of the #1 Best Selling book, Wonder Women: How Western Women Will Save the World, has been featured on MSNBC, Oprah Magazine, , NBC, Oxygen, Allure Magazine, and is the Silver Stevie® award winner for Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2012.

Jessica graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the Seattle University Law Review. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico.

Jessica can assist trademark and copyright clients in all 50 states, and in particular Seattle, San Diego, Los Angeles, New York City and Albuquerque. She admitted to practice in New Mexico and Washington, with admission pending in New York and Los Angeles, and she practices regularly in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Copyright Office
