Gina M. Guiley

I used this firm after being hit in my car. The process started out good but quickly turned bad the second time I called the attorney. Gina Guiley was my attorney and when I asked for an update on my case she immediately said, very rudely, "You are so impatient every time you call !" I reminded her t...hat this was only our second conversation and she backed off, saying something about "catching her at a bad time." I thought about our interaction and decided a few days later to settle my case for the low ball offer from the other drivers insurance company. The reason was I did not want someone having "a bad time" representing me. Would she be having a bad day representing me in court? My settlement did not cover my medical expenses but my disgust with Gina Guiley out weighed that. She is truly one of the rudest, most unempethetic people I have ever known. The law group itself is probably O.K., the legal assistant and receptionist were always very professional, but I would stay away, very far away, from Gina Guiley.
