Callie Getty is a Senior Attorney at Dellino Family Law Group. Callie’s practice focuses on family and domestic relations matters, including divorce, parenting plan and child support issues, as well as post-decree matters such as modifications.

Callie embodies the perfect combination of experience, compassion, and strong advocacy. Prior to joining Dellino Family Law Group, Callie was a partner at another local family law firm. As a Senior Attorney at DLG, there is not a situation she has not seen and cannot tackle. Whether she is advocating for a client in trial for a high conflict case or negotiating a smart settlement in mediation, her clients know she keeps their best interests at the forefront of her strategy. Her compassionate yet no-nonsense approach makes her who you want on your side when what matters most to you is at stake.

My Approach

My interest in family law comes from my upbringing in a large, blended family. This has led to the firm belief that while a divorce or separation may be the hardest time in a person’s life, a strong, compassionate advocate who will be steadfast in their representation can make all the difference. I strive to be that advocate for each and every one of my clients.

Background

As a native Northwesterner, I grew up in the Seattle-area before heading slightly south to the University of Oregon to obtain my undergraduate degree. I returned to Seattle to attend Seattle University School of Law, and graduated in 2015.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially outdoors. In the winter, I like to spend weekends at Crystal Mountain with my husband and two children (one human child & one 90 lb. doodle). And in the summer, I love soaking up Vitamin D wherever and whenever possible to store for the long NW winters.
