Thorough guidance for Operating Agremeent
Nick was very helpful in guiding me through the process of an Operating Agreement between myself and my business partners. In addition, he took the time to explain best practices for small businesses to ensure that we were operating above board, and would be protected in a variety of different situat...

Incomplete, inconsistent, expensive
Hired this firm to run a review of stock purchase documents. After pre-charging significant fees, the work was very inconsistent, sloppy and incomplete. Had to hire another firm to get these done.
Thanks for your comments and review. We always do whatever we can to satisfy our clients, and we still stand ready to make whatever modifications you'd like, per our last email to you. We still stand by ready to help. And we're still more than confident in the quality of work that we completed for you. I think it would help to again clarify your engagement. You hired us at a low flat fee to do a single review of numerous, complex business contracts, and for us then to have a phone conference with you discussing what we found; your engagement did not include any revisions or additional work. You negotiated this particular arrangement and signed a contract clearly stating as much. Nonetheless, our firm completed *four* rounds of revision on your behalf--without requesting any additional funds for an engagement. During each round of these revisions, we made all of the dozens revisions you requested, many of which you changed on a few occasions. We also proposed to you, on numerous occasions, that if you wanted our firm to complete an unlimited amount of work on your behalf, then we needed to arrange for an hourly engagement. Instead, you chose a flat rate engagement (which we more than fulfilled). Despite all of the above, we still stand ready to do another round of revisions on your behalf. Let us know if you have any questions, and we'd still be happy to assist. Best, Nick

"I have known Mr. Price since our early days of law school. Even as a student, Mr. Price approached the law with both curiosity and meticulous precision, and I believe one would be hard pressed to find counsel with such a sincere appreciation for the nuances of legal doctrine. In addition to this innate passion for the law, Mr. Price brings to his work a clear understanding that client satisfaction is of preeminent importance. Notwithstanding the limitations posed by either the facts or applicable law, Mr. Price always endeavors to obtain the best achievable outcomes for those whom he represents. Indeed, Mr. Price has always approached his work with commendable passion and integrity, and it for these reasons that I have no reservation in endorsing him."
