Eric has help my elderly 88 year old Mother through some very challenging legal matters. My Mother is kind and gentle but she cannot hear very well, so she will talk over you. Eric did extensive research, created new documents, and helped her get her property back into her personal hands so that her Will could be effective. He helped her and the family with her will, and POA's for healthcare and her estate, which has 6 beneficiaries. Eric even came over to her house on his day off, with a witness to help my Mom sign her documents, and spent time talking and listening to her. Recently Eric helped my Mom to get out of 2 predatory timeshares in Hawaii that she hasn't been able to use for 10 years. He did the extensive research and found these Living trusts (in Hawaii), and arranged to meet my Mom in his Parking lot, in our truck to sign the documents. This was at the beginning of the Covid-19 epidemic. Eric brought two associates to witness her signing the documents. They all showed alot of patience with my Mom.
