William received his B.A. from Gonzaga University and his law degree (cum laude) from Santa Clara University School of Law. While at Santa Clara, he won Best Oral Advocate and Best Brief in the moot court competition and received the Witkin Award for the top grade in Constitutional Law.
William formerly worked for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a litigator where he specialized in securities litigation, shareholder derivative suits, and internal investigations. He moved to Riddell Williams in 2008 as a Senior Associate where he worked in a variety of different litigation matters including two extensive trials. During his time at Riddell Williams, he also drafted numerous contracts for both corporations and individuals. William was designated a Rising Star by Washington Law & Politics in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
