After being blindsided with a request for a divorce I searched everywhere for lawyers that could help me immediately. My head began to spin with all the horror stories I heard about men's representation in divorce/parental proceedings, especially being a man of color. I was blessed to find Genevieve ...Davis. There aren't enough words to say how amazing Ms. Davis as an attorney. My case was fraught with high level conflict regarding custody of my 1 1/2 year old daughter, we were in a very unsafe living situation at the time and Genevieve took no stops to be present in her legal advice to get us out safe...ly, she took my frantic calls on the weekends and guided my daughter and I both out of the situation (legally speaking). After our temporary parenting plan was put into place, she worked tirelessly to prepare us for our Permanent Parenting Plan. It started with a Free Consultation which I was able to ask any questions that I had on my mind.
