Genevieve Davis is such an amazing Lawyer. My case was very difficult due to all of the transitions that were encountered throughout my Parenting Plan. Originally my case started in June 2011 with a different Lawyer; in which I will not list her name. She wasn’t persistent and I found myself gatherin...g information for her and even supplying documents to the court on my behalf. I missed several deadlines and she barely returned my phone calls or emails. In 2013 a month before my trial began, she told me she was giving my case to Genevieve Davis. To be honest, I was upset, confused and stress out only because of my experience with my original lawyer. I prayed and hope for the best and to be honest, it was more than I asked for. When my case file was given to Genevieve, it was in shambles. There was no clear view on what my past lawyer was trying to attempt…..It was just kayos. I believe everything happens for a reason and in this case God has truly blessed me with such an amazing lawyer. She was very professional, had great communication skills, attentive, persistent, knowledgeable and most important available to me. When we were getting ready for trial she created three trial folders which were very well presented. She asked me questions and also prepared me. She was very detailed in the questions she asked me in order to prepare the folders. Her opening argument was very thought-out and her closing argument was even better. She gave me so much hope throughout this entire process due to her relying all of my concern in a lawyers stand point. I am not sure how much she understands how much I valued her and her efforts.
