Fast turn around on trademark search

I worked with Tim on short notice for a trademark search and was thrilled with the quick turnaround and practical guidance on a new company name. He helped provide suggestions on goods and services that were clear to apply for a trademark for and others to avoid. I'll be working with Tim again!

Above my expectations

I did a lot of research before selecting a patent attorney. Tim stood out from the rest based on his experience, positive reviews and excellent communication. When I hired him, he went to work immediately and provided me with knowledgeable information on the subjects at hand in a professional manner.... Impressed with Tim’s Professionalism

Tim has been extremely helpful with an accidental patent infringement litigation case against us from a big entity. He’s always quick to answer and return phone calls. Tim has also been very effective during the COV19 pandemic by providing online tools and resources when it comes to attorney fees, si...gnatures and meetings. Strong Intellectual Property Attorney

Tim was relentless at helping us through a series of very difficult cases. His demeanour is very approachable from a client perspective but he can be tough when dealing with the other side (which is exactly what you want in an attorney). I particularly appreciated that Tim was very thorough in ...his work and that he worked hard to present a strong argument. Tim was very good at coordinating with us as the client to make sure that he had the facts straight. He was also good at challenging our thoughts as clients which helped lead to a stronger argument in our favour. Tim understands that there are business needs that don't always align with the legal needs and he was very careful to present those options so that we understood the ramifications of any action that was taken. If I ever had the need for Tim's services again I would certainly jump at the opportunity to use him again.
