Lazy, weak, not very interested in your case.

I hired this attorney and LawHQ because they claimed their app, CallerHQ, does something that it doesn't really do. They sold me on their investigations team (who really doesn't do anything at all) and how their software makes connections between the different calls, callers and companies. I would ...upload all of my text messages to their app and I also provided a Google spreadsheet with around 500 texts and all data I had access to about those text messages. These calls were linked with similar phone numbers, identical URLs, identical language, and many other ways to link these offenders to a single source. Almost ALL the calls were made by a company called The Affiliati Network. I tried to provide them evidence for this over and over, but they just wouldn't listen. They aimed for the absolute lowest hanging fruit of 31 phone calls in a class action lawsuit and failed miserably! Like, I've never seen such sloppy work from an attorney In my life. I've never even heard of such sloppy, weak, pathetic work. Not only did they fail to investigate anything they said they would investigate, but every time I told them that I have more evidence, they told me we'll discuss it later and then we never discussed it. I had ways to link all of these phone calls to this network and this pathetic excuse for a group of lawyers took the path of absolute least resistance for absolute pennies. Not only did they not listen to me when I told them how to use the evidence that I sent them, but they kept me in the dark the entire time. I never got a single phone call from them for an update on what's going on. Not one! I WAS THE REPRESENTATIVE PLAINTIFF!!! I had to call them many times just to find out where we stand and what's going on. It seems they just needed a plaintiff so they can treat this case as their own and for their own benefit with complete disregard for the actual plaintiffs. They just needed a plaintiff for the signature. In the end, they accepted a settlement without even telling me that there was a settlement down the table. The settlement that they agreed to was an embarrassment! It was clear that he just wanted to exert the least amount of effort and accept any amount of money that suits HIM! They convinced me to accept the settlement and I did just to get it over with. I signed the settlement agreement and this group of losers had to respond to the court before a certain date in order to continue the lawsuit. They failed to respond to the court and the case was dismissed before any payment on the agreement was made. The case was against Smilz CBD and Jaspreet Mathur, when it should have been against the Affiliati Network, but that would require more work, they're not going to do more work if they can avoid it. Like I said, they aimed for the absolute lowest hanging fruit and they failed miserably. I demanded they file another lawsuit. They filed another lawsuit and then claimed that they couldn't find the defendant to be served. They told me that if a case is dismissed twice, I lose the right to sue again. But having considered their complete and utter incompetence, I allowed them to dismiss the case the second time. It's not like they were going to get anywhere at their level of incompetence. When I confronted them about why they would accept a settlement without talking to me and why they would screw me like this, their reply was pretty much, "It's okay. You signed all the right paperwork that allowed us to screw you." Not only did they fail miserably at what should have been the easiest TCPA claim ever, but they blocked me from ever pursuing those violations again. Is that really the level of incompetence you want to represent you? Think very hard before you hire this man or any company he works for or with. He is not interested in winning for you. He's interested in small, easy wins for himself...and he still fails miserably!
