I represent clients in a wide range of real estate, general business, and fiduciary litigation. My litigation practice emphasizes a realistic initial assessment of the client's legal position and options, together with realistic attempts to settle. If intensive efforts to negotiate and settle disputes (thus minimizing legal costs) fail, I aggressively pursue all available cost-effective litigation strategies to achieve the best possible result for the client.

Not trustworthy. All he cares is money.
I would not recommend Scott Easter as a lawyer to anybody. The guy talks to you on the phone for 2 minutes and he will charge for 30 minutes. When I looked at the bill he sent, everything was doubled, tripled. If he sends you two sentence email, he charges an hour for that. He is extremely money orie...
It is hard to comment on this review since it is anonymous. Probably I requested a retainer from a new client before providing advice-if that is the case, and the remaining comments are inferences made be him/her, and comment reflects why I use a retainer as a screening device. Certainly I do not bill for any time not in fact spent.
"Scott is great with really complicated insurance coverage issues. His depth of knowledge combined with experience make him a fantastic advocate in a coverage dispute."
"I just finished up a case against Scott. He is an able attorney who expertly represented his client, but did so with impeccable professionalism. His approach to the case facilitated an efficient result for his client that may not have been possible had he adopted a professionally hostile approach - the kind that needlessly drives up attorney fees without moving the ball forward for the client. I hold him in high esteem, and while I enjoyed him as an adversary, hope that his future litigation is against parties other than my clients."
