Biography
I frequently come into my clients' lives when they are at the end of their rope. The resiliency of the human spirit never ceases to impress me.
I see my role as first, helping clients first to determine their priorities clearly, second, developing a plan to achieve as many priorities as possible, and third, implementing the plan, with modifications as required as the case progresses.
Most cases, family or otherwise, settle. I can do that. But the most skilled negotiator always needs to have a "BATNA": a Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement. For this reason, some cases go to trial. I can do that too.
