Paige Lee Garberding

I recently had a case and she was my defender for almost 2 years. ( it wouldn't have been that long if she was consistant and organized) she has horrible communication skills. I spent many days trying to reach out to her through phone calls, emails and she barely responded.The only time we talked was... when it was time for court which was once a month. She wouldn't even acknowledge me until it was time to go in front of the judge and all she was doing was continuing my case month after month because she was procrastinating and failing to reach out to witnesses and pull records and investigate even though I gave her the info she needed to do so. On top of that she insulted me and my witnesses because we didn't study law and she talked to us as if we were ignorant to criminal justices system. However I had a public defender before and she knew how to communicate and she did her job.Her supervisor Ms.murray showed the same attitude when I reached out to her about the solution. I will never work with ACA AGAIN.They are unprofessional and speak to you as if you are a criminal and below them.
