Norma was very helpful for my case and prepped me well for the trial that I unfortunately had to endure. She answered all of my questions and really helped me stay focused. My case was in the family court so it was emotional at times and Norma helped me manage the emotions when dealing with the other... party and especially in the trial. I really appreciated how quickly she would respond to my emails and phone messages and was professional throughout the entire experience. During the trial I was impressed by how sharp and attentive she was in the cross examination and felt like she was always on the same page as me. Norma charges her clients by the hour but to make it simple and easy by utilizing a trust account (basically you deposit a check directly into a bank account) set up to deposit the retainer so she can continuously work without hassling her clients with a bill. Don't get me wrong, there is a bill that comes when the trust runs out, but refilling it so she can work her magic, makes it easier to keep things moving.
