Repeatedly does great work
Noel represented us during an acquisition. He kept our deal together while figuring out both how & where to push for concessions to make the deal fair to us. Although he isn't cheap and the deal was complex, he kept his costs reasonable. Have hired him for subsequent work with great results then too....
