Nathaniel Joseph Flack

Recently, I was mistreated by the King County Sheriff.   As an IT, I did my research on the web and found Macdonald Hoague & Bayless firm which had numerous lawsuit cases with the police department.  Nathaniel Flack was assigned to my case as my attorney.  Since I live in ea...stern Washington, many of our conversation were over the phone.  I found Nathaniel to be very knowledgeable about the in and out of the law.   In the beginning, I was concerned because of his age.   However, my son and I did research on him and found out that he did graduated from one of the top 5 law school in the country.   That settle down my doubt.  Over the course of the lawsuit, I found out this “kid” is really good.  He seems to know where the case goes and his preparation was incredible.   He deals with 3 other “much older” lawyers on the other side single handedly. I noticed something about Nathaniel personality.  He is vey upfront with you on the case with the plus and minus side and about the law.   He doesn’t promise you the “moon” and not able to deliver.

In the end, the case was a clear cut and the other side couldn’t find any hole in our case.  They offered us a settlement and it was closed.

When I was introduced to Nate the first thing I noticed was his excitement about practicing law. He was so engaged and his listening skills and memory recall was shocking to me… there was no need to rehash any conversations and he was easily able to to understand the issues and form a coherent conver...sation with great questions. I am a Mexican American who was assaulted by the Seattle police. I got the name of this MHB law firm from a lawyer in Renton. He told me they are civil rights lawyers. They put me in touch with Nathanial Flack (what a name). Flack must have been fresh out of law school. This kid didn't understand the... race part of my case. It was tough to talk to this poindexter Flack about "police misconduct" but he's supposed to be an expert. Only in Seattle. I did find a good lawyer eventually and my case got settled.
