Michael Patrick May

Michael May joined Ridgway Law Group in 2015 and his practice focuses on trust & estate litigation, probate and guardianships. He frequently appears in court, arguing his client’s position in complex estate and trust disputes. He has substantial experience assisting clients to obtain guardianships, and in representing clients who act as a guardian or other fiduciary for an aging parent or otherwise incapacitated person. He counsels clients who are personal representatives of estates, guiding them through all stages of the probate process.
