"Mr. Malnati and I first met when we worked together on a matter for a client. Mike is a a very quick study. He was direct and to the point. His advice to the client always took into account the risk versus the cost to the client. He provided excellent counsel.
My next encounter with Mr. Malnati was when I mediated a matter before him on a dispute involving judgment execution and real estate. He got a difficult case settled. He was reasonable, practical, and connected with the client. Again, he focused on client cost and analysis of the risks of trial. I've not met another lawyer who matches his ready knowledge of real estate foreclosure and title issues.
