Incredible resource for entrepreneurs
Megan has helped me with issues related to a startup, equity, partnerships, and assorted financial relationships. She's been an incredible resource, and was able to help me very quickly and efficiently. She's now my go-to legal resource for high-tech startup legal advice.
"I have known Megan for many years as a fellow lawyer and community professional. She is smart, hard working, and level-headed. She also is funny, gracious, and reliable, making it a pleasure to work with her. I unequivocally endorse Megan."
"Megan is among the most capable and efficient lawyers that I've encountered in my practice. She has a deep understanding of business issues that enables her to prioritize deal points and limit unnecessary negotiation cycles. Megan is adept at managing complex transactions, and skillfully guides her clients around latent risks. She has a collaborative working style that encourages win-win negotiation. It's been a pleasure working with Megan on several transactions, and I look forward to the next opportunity."
"When Megan was in-house at a local technology company, I worked with her on the company's IP matters. I always found Megan to be highly responsive, professional, astute in IP issues, and practical in her approach. Megan was a pleasure to work for, and she was a terrific client!"
"Megan is an exceptional attorney; she is very analytical, diligent, creative and personable. Megan is one of the preeminent start-up attorneys in Seattle."
"As an attorney recruiter, I know many skilled lawyers. Megan is one of those lawyers. I have known Megan for about 3 years and seen her practice in both the in-house and law firm setting. She is hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable and smart. In addition to technical skills, Megan has EQ. I would not hesitate to recommend her."
"I give Megan Muir my highest endorsement. I have been working with her for over a year. I turn to her when I have questions about stock option management, financing, human resources, and many other issues that come up for technology start ups. She always makes herself available to work through a problem with me, even on very short notice! Her experience working at technology companies means that all of the advice she gives is practical, not just theoretical. I love talking to Megan because I feel like she's seen it all before and can help me resolve problems and avoid common pitfalls. She is a very capable and down to earth woman with a great sense of humor. I simply love working with her."
