Leighann Seiko Keala Higashi

Leigh-Ann’s practice focuses on general business, real estate, and estate planning and probate matters. She helps clients design and establish estate plans that are tax-efficient, but more importantly, that will carry out their wishes. She also advises clients on legal issues related to starting and operating their business, from choice of entity decisions to purchase and sale agreements. She also works with local builders on covenants and easements for smaller townhome developments.
