Kruckeberg helped Curtis, Aldrich, and Currier prevail in a breach of contract and copyright infringement lawsuit against the publisher. The judgment included an award of $150,000 in statutory damages for the publisher’s willful copyright infringement.

Cascade Bicycle Club, et al. v. Puget Sound Regional Council, 67549-4-I, 2013 WL 3864302 (Wash. Ct. App. July 22, 2013)

The Court unanimously upheld PSRC’s Transportation Plan and the Environmental Impact Statement on that Plan.
