TLDR - I whole heartedly recommend Joseph Riemer for handling traffic violations. He represented me in my Traffic violation for passing a school bus that seemed to be stopped. The process was very simple, I explained my situation, paid the fee, submitted the court hearing date letter to Joe and 2 mon...ths later, I had my case dismissed. ----------------- My scenario: As soon as I got my school bus infraction letter(14 days after the incident), I panicked as this was my first every violation, the fine amount was $419. This happened right outside my house on a foggy day and I thought the bus brokedown and had stopped near the corner, as I had never seen a school bus outside my apartment for last 2 years. I carefully watched the school bus, didn't see the stop sign, but noticed yellow blinking lights.. so I paused, watched if anyone was crossing and passed the bus at a speed of 10mph.. BAAM! I hear a honk and I knew I had a violation, I quickly entered my apartment and thought I could talk to the driver, but then they refused to stop. I came home sad, looked up attorneys on Avvo, Google and found Joe with less number of reviews but all were 5 stars. I reached out to Joe on my situation via email and he was quick to respond within an hour. He sent me a form where I had to pay $99 fee via Venmo. I followed up with some basic questions on the process, he then provided me the petition filed via Ecourt. As soon as I got a letter on the court hearing date, I forwarded the letter to Joe. 2 months later, a day before the court hearing, I checked on Joe to see if everything was okay. "Yes, we are good to go" was his response. Exactly 45 mins after the court hearing, I get a letter from Joe saying "Hello Varun, Congratulations! I got your case dismissed! The judge dismissed the case based on my motion to the court. This means no fines, no classes, no probationary period, no risk of license suspension, and no insurance increase. There is nothing more you need to do for this case. At your request, I will forward you any information I get from the court in regards to this case. We are waiting on the court to enter the judge’s dismissal order into the e-filing system" Happy ending!
