John Richard Aramburu

Mr. Aramburu has worked with our non-profit organization to preserve an area of land from being over-developed, which would threaten the entire ecosystem, create too much traffic, and change the landscape of the community in which we reside too drastically. His excellent advice and wise counsel help...ed us prevail in public hearings, before a Hearing Examiner, at multiple levels of appeals, ending in a win in WA State Supreme Court. We continue to rely on him for other land-use issues and are blessed to have him represent our community.

Rick came in less than three weeks before our hearing and still won it for us. He did so by identifying very quickly the points on which the case was going to turn, sharpening our focus, obtaining the documentation we needed to prove our case, making effective use of the talents we had in our group, ...and preparing us very well for the hearing. Two other groups in Woodinville use him as well, and all are happy with his mastery of not only land use law, but all kinds of civil engineering and earth sciences.
