Estate planning made more confusing and complex
In spite of many years of experience Mr. Butler was unable to clearly explain the big picture with respect to estate planning. He complicated rather than simplified, obfuscated rather than clarified. Left me with the sense that my inability to understand the plan was my problem.

Replied last January 14, 2019I am very sorry this writer did not understand his or her estate plan based on my explanation of the plan. Without knowing the name of the client it is not possible to specifically respond, other than to invite him or her to contact me directly and see what I can do to clarify his or her estate plan. Even though a negative review I appreciate this person's feedback. I hope to improve my communications in the future.
