When it became clear our company was going to engage in a private equity deal, we were matched with Claire from K&L Gates. Fully recognizing the tight time-frame and immense amount of legal work to be done, she became versed in all aspects of our deal. No complexities introduced during from either si...de of the deal deterred her focus. Her abilities are broad as well as deep, although she certainly knew to defer to colleagues for deeper niche issues (tax for example). There were numerous long, late nights we had to work and Claire was right there with us all along. I'd gladly work with her again! In fact will likely use her for operating and shareholder docs for my next company.
