Best lawyer out there!
I first hired Bern 15 years ago to represent me when USAA tried to ignore my claim for a snow damaged motorhome. Bern made it happen fast and final. Then, 10 years ago I bought property to develop and the title company gave me clear title. Come to find out there was no easement onto the land. I called Bern and he took over dealing with the title company and they ended up paying for the land and my house payments for a year. This man is polite, smart, drama free, and gets the job done. I wish he could do my divorce!
