I was recently involved in a very challenging legal matter that I was told was essentially unwinnable by several trusted confidants. I turned to the Osborn Machler firm based on their reputation with difficult and complex cases, and Austin Neff was assigned as the lead attorney in my case. For moral support, the founding partner of the firm, Sim Osborn, was also at the defense table—I felt like I had a whole team behind me. Austin’s presentation of our side of the case was impressive. His arguments were incredibly articulate, nuanced, well-crafted, incisive, and on point. It was a master class in legal exposition, and even to me as a layman it was clear that he had shifted the law and the facts to our side.
