Matthew O'Conner

I hired Mr. O'Conner last year to handle my bankruptcy. I had a condo that I needed to foreclose and he recommended I file bankruptcy as well. I've since been told it is standard practice for any bankruptcy attorney to ensure that your property forecloses before they file. Mr. O'Conner filed first... which pushed out my foreclosure. It has been a year and the property has still not foreclosed and I have since been sued by my Homeowner's Association and had to hire another bankruptcy attorney. I've asked Mr. O'Conner for help and he is not taking or returning any of my phone calls. Anytime I contact his office I'm told he is with a client. This whole thing should be behind me now, but instead it is costing me significantly more money than if I had just never sought his help. In addition to all this, I've filed bankruptcy already so am not elible to do so again now that I have all this new debt from the situation he put me in.
