Still currently trying to close probate and he will not respond to any email or call from the client, estate lawyer or trial lawyer to simply close out the probate. Does not show integrity as a lawyer or any empathy to a grieving family trying to end this chapter of a tragedy. Calling him misleadi...ng based on his website discription of his practice is generous and a kind way of stating how he has behaved in this case. Posting anonymoulsly although unless he treats all of his clients in a similar way he would know exactly who this is from. In my opinion he should be charge with misconduct. He is still holding a retainer that he has not earned and that is unlawful if he is refusing to engage the client or complete the work he was hired to do. Absolutly the worst conduct I have encountered by a legal professional.
