Kim really helped out of a rough situation. The buried oil tank on my property (still in use) was found to be leaking and had spread over a large area. I had a very difficult time trying to figure out what to do. The company that tested the soil just tossed me aside to an attorney. The attorney w...as mostly interested in litigation. I talked to realtors. None of them knew much of anything about soil contamination. I finally found Kim, and she gave me a road map of what to do and I was ultimately able to perform the cleanup and sell the property. It wasn't cheap (it cost me over $70,000), but I don't know what I would have done had I not contacted Kim.

I too need to add my praise for Kim and her staff. She helped us through a terrible experience with a leaking oil tank and an insurance company that did not want to cover the costs of cleanup. Ultimately, Kim saved us from what would have been financial disaster (hundreds of thousands of dollars in c...osts). I am writing today to share my experience with Kim Johannessen & Associates, P.S. In 2007, my husband and I entered into an agreement to buy a property that turned out to have two oil tanks on it- one long abandoned and one not.
