Biography
My practice focuses on advising emerging companies, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals on matters ranging from business structuring and formation, to capital raising, general contracts, and intellectual property protection. I work closely with each client to help manage the predictable and unpredictable legal issues that any venture encounters in the business and regulatory environment.
When not working on client matters, I like to spend my time going on adventures with my daughter, fixing my old house, and trying to keep up on my ever expanding collection of half-read books.
