Thomas William Bingham

Tom Bingham limits his practice to representation of injured persons and wrongful death claims, including aviation, complex product liability, automobile accidents and other personal injury cases.

Mr. Bingham has represented clients in litigation involving aviation accidents occurring in various jurisdictions throughout the United States, Canada and Europe, and has been admitted to practice law and try aviation cases in various jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has also been associated by law firms in foreign jurisdictions relating to foreign aviation litigation. He is a past president of the Aviation Section of the King County Bar Association.

Mr. Bingham obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Whitman College and graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 1977. He is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association) and the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association). Mr. Bingham is a contributing author for the Washington Civil Procedure Deskbook and is frequently invited to lecture in the area of Aviation Law.
