Ms. Maloney worked with our arts organization to update our gallery consignment contract. She had to ensure that our contract was in compliance with state regulations and laws—some of which are very unique to artists. She also had to provide a contract that was easy to understand.
She worked patiently with us through several what-if scenarios, and diligently dug into whatever additional rules might apply for a new idea.
The final document serves us well as an organization, protecting us as appropriate yet also ensuring we fulfill our responsibilities to artists. This is what we needed—a contract which illuminates and protects all parties' interests.
