Just What I Needed

I received excellent service from Mark Plunkett on a complicated, even nebulous, real estate/inheritance issue. Mark is a knowledgeable, experienced attorney who seems to really care about getting the best results for his clients. His services were reasonably priced, he is not one of those lawyers w...here you can practically feel the vibrations of the spinning meter and you get billed down to the minute. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of assistance in the real estate or inheritance fields.

Outstanding attorney

We used Mr Plunkett to complete our very complicated estate planning using a Revocable Living Trust and a Special Needs Trust for our adult child that will need a lifetime of care and supervision. This attorney was amazing, and he actually came to our home for free. I have never heard of that kind ...of service from an attorney before. He is sometimes difficult to get in touch with. But that is what a voicemail is for. Overall, this attorney was one of the best experiences we have had with legal matters.

Excellent service

I actully came across Mr. Plunket's information on internet. I have not ever worked with more professional lawyer. He provides excellent services and is a perfectionist. I had him do my will and you should have seen the way he presnted it and the hight quality paper he used. He was able to finish my ...paperwork three days prior. I would higly recommend him to anyone. I can't see how one can regret working with him.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2013.

Reprimand issued in WA, 2013

updated on 01/17/2014

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
