I have extensive experience representing clients in the areas of real estate, securities, business transactions, tax, and corporate law with an emphasis in general business and real property development. I have worked on complex, mixed-use projects, providing innovative structuring which has resulted in maximal flexibility for financing and liability limitation, while preserving developer control and favorable tax treatment.
