I am an experienced trial lawyer and a partner at Susman Godfrey, one of the country's premier litigation firms. I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, and have extensive experience in antitrust, patent and intellectual property, shareholder disputes involving founders and venture capitalists, class actions, and other complex business disputes. My clients have included individual patent owners and entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized technology companies caught up in disputes with much larger companies, and Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, pharmaceutical, retail and entertainment industries.
