Shawn Toor

Shawn Toor is an associate in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner. He is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions practice group and Business Litigation practice group. In his role as a transactional attorney, Shawn understands that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. In his role as a litigation attorney, Shawn strives to provide a cure that is carefully thought out and mindful of his clients' unique demands. 

Prior to practicing law, Shawn worked as a Loan Modification Specialist for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he modified nearly $20 million dollars of delinquent loans and helped hundreds of customers keep their homes. As an attorney, Shawn has leveraged that real estate experience and works on a variety of real estate cases involving eminent domain, land use, zoning, and title insurance. In Shawn's litigation practice, he has represented clients in various complex commercial litigation matters including telecommunications, intellectual property, environmental contamination, and shareholder disputes.
