Highest Ratings for Scott P. Beetham

My wife and I had no idea where to start our estate planning. Mr. Beetham was extremely patient, thoughtful and helpful. He knew all the right questions to ask and guided us to an estate plan that far exceeded our expectations for thoroughness and completeness. There is no doubt he would be my first ...choice for professional and friendly legal advice.

He knows the business laws!

Scott Beetham recently set up a LLC for our current business. He communicated well with us and our partners and met every deadline that he set. He was clear on his fees and upfront about any possible additional fees. His work is very organized and his explanations of all of the different possibili...ties that come when forming a business were clearly explained to us as well as our partners. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a business lawyer. He knows the law!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
