Ryan Wayne Vollans

Ryan Vollans is an attorney with Betts, Patterson & Mines, P.S., where he focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including personal injury, insurance defense, medical malpractice and products liability.  Mr. Vollans’ pretrial litigation experience includes taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment, as well as preparing for and attending mediations. Additionally, Mr. Vollans has significant trial experience.  As a part of Mr. Vollans’ trial work, he prepared and argued motions in limine, jury instructions, and conducted witness examinations.  Mr. Vollans also has experience in post-verdict motions practice and in appellate practice.

Mr. Vollans received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2012, where he graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Mr. Vollans worked multiple internships and gained experience in the areas of personal injury, property damage, labor and employment, and immigration law.
