Rodger Ian Kohn

My practice focuses on new and growing businesses. As a former business owner, I understand first-hand the issues commonly faced by businesses and their owners from start-up, through operations, to exit strategies. I work with business to identify opportunities and structure transaction to capitalize on those opportunities.

I work with clients on a full range of agreements, including the purchase and sale of businesses; customer contracts and terms of use; independent contractor and employee agreements; real estate leases; licenses; non-competition and confidentiality agreements and partnership/joint venture agreements.

I work with clients on selecting the appropriate form of entity (e.g. corporation or LLC); forming the entity and obtaining appropriate licenses to do business and maintaining the business entity in good standing.

I work with businesses on commercial and retail leases. Our firm represents clients in all manner of real estate issues.
