Peter Daniel Coit Durland

Peter Durland of Gordon Thomas Honeywell in Seattle is an ineffective attorney. I retained him for a city action, established that I wanted someone to challenge not go along with the city, and instead he did not advocate one bit for his client. In fact, he stated the city was pursuing me “as it shoul...d”. An opinion not shared by the engineering professionals on this case or anyone else, so what kind of attorney says that? He then withdrew with several excuses a day prior to the first hearing in my case after not responding to me the week prior, and said it’s ok to go unopposed, which I do not trust considering his track record. Add to that no basic knowledge of bankruptcy law impact on cases, not knowing how service by publication works, because it was service by mail, and overall just a “representation” without any added value. I would not recommend him or his firm and would like a refund.
