Peter Dolan recently helped us with a trespassing issuing against a large communication company, aka, Frontier Communications. During construction of our home we discovered Frontier had laid cable outside of the provided easement and through the middle of our property. We had escalated our issue th...rough Frontier who claimed they were entitled due to Adverse Possession Laws and there was nothing we could do as they were also protected by the FCC. Frontier, also said, they would charge us over $12,000 to reroute their line and then offered us $500 for use of property. We refused and then came the verbal harassment from their "district" leaders who wanted us to drop everything and go away. Frustrated, I reached out to a friend who referred us to Keith Kemper and Peter Dolan. They knew the laws better than Frontier lawyers appeared to know and were successful with this type of litigation. Peter helped us.
