I am a Member in the Seattle office. I chaired the firm’s Litigation Department from 2000 to 2006 and chaired its Business Litigation Practice Group from 2006 to 2008. I served on the firm’s Board of Directors from 1991 – 2003, and chaired the firm's Environmental Practice Group from 1992 – 1996. My practice emphasizes civil disputes, litigation, real estate, and general business. I have handled a large number of commercial, real estate, eminent domain and product liability litigation matters. I was named by Seattle Magazine as one of Seattle’s
