The Best Attorney I Have Ever Worked With

Natalie Anne Heineman. Where do I even begin? Over the course of my life I have unfortunately had to retain 23 different attorneys across criminal, civil, and administrative matters. Because of that, I say this with a very unusual amount of experience: Natalie is without question the BEST attorney... I have ever worked with. My relationship with Natalie was also very unique. I retained her for well over a year during one of the most pivotal and stressful battles of my entire professional life. From the very beginning to the very end she stood by me, guided me, and frankly helped keep me sane during moments where I truly believed my entire career was over. There were nights where I was convinced everything I had worked for was gone. Natalie was the person who calmly walked me back from that cliff again and again. Her ability to stay focused, analytical, and strategic even when the situation felt overwhelming is something I will never forget. If you are a physician or medical professional dealing with a licensing board, stop reading reviews and just hire her. Immediately. I mean that sincerely. There is simply no one better. Natalie has a very rare combination of strengths that you almost never see in attorneys. She is academically brilliant, legally precise, and extremely knowledgeable about administrative and medical law. But she also has something even more valuable: she is street smart. She understands how real world cases actually work. She understands strategy, leverage, timing, and how to navigate gray areas that most attorneys are too afraid to touch. That combination is what separates her from everyone else. Communication with Natalie was also something I deeply appreciated. Throughout my case we had countless phone calls, Zoom meetings, long email exchanges, and yes even late night 2 a.m. text message strategy sessions. She was approachable, responsive, and incredibly patient with me even when I was anxious, stressed, or ranting about the situation. And trust me, my story was extremely extremely extremely complicated. Not once did she interrupt me. Not once did she judge me. Instead she listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and helped organize the chaos into a legal strategy that ultimately worked. That kind of trust between attorney and client is priceless. There were many moments during this journey where Natalie went far beyond what most attorneys would ever do. She took the case personally. She worked harder than anyone I have ever hired. I know for a fact that she spent countless late nights refining arguments, reviewing documents, and preparing strategy when most people would have simply moved on to the next case. That level of dedication is rare. Very rare. Another one of Natalie’s greatest strengths, and something that truly set her apart during my case, was her ability to coordinate with my other attorneys across different states. Because I hold multiple licenses, there were several lawyers involved in different jurisdictions. Some of them were frankly a bit more cautious or slower moving. Natalie had this incredible ability to step in, clarify the situation, and bring everyone onto the same page. She was beautifully synergistic in that sense. When another attorney was uncertain or hesitant, Natalie would explain the strategy in a way that suddenly made everything click. She didn’t have to do that. Her primary role was focused on one jurisdiction, yet she routinely helped communicate with other boards and other counsel across multiple states simply because she wanted the best outcome for me. There were several instances where her clarity and intervention made the difference between a license potentially being suspended and a case ultimately being dismissed. If you are considering hiring Natalie Ann Heineman, my advice is very simple. Do it. And if you are lucky enough to retain her, hold on to her.

The most professional, caring, and diligent expertise. Thank you!

I would like to thank the law firm of Ms. Natalie Heineman for her excellent quality of service to my legal needs in one of the most turbulent times of my career. When you hire Ms. Heineman, you can expect careful, professional, and prompt paperwork and communications. In my particular case, she went... above and beyond and thought outside the box to achieve an amicable resolution. She is honest and does not rush your phone conferences with her. Her counsel was helpful, comforting, and her work set a new standard for me, as new as I am to needing representation. While I hope to never require the services of a lawyer, I would not hesitate to keep her as a number one for me in the case I ever need her. I hope you consider her firm in your search for your legal needs! I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so kindly Ms. Heineman, for your thoroughness!
