Great representation

Mike represented me personally as part of an M&A transaction and then later for an executive employment offer. I found Mike to have excellent judgment and advice in both matters. He was particularly good at pulling from me and separating the important facts for decision-making from the noise. He br...ought up issues, and importantly opportunities, that I had not thought of and we were able to guard against those issues and capitalize on those opportunities. Retaining Mike was more than an attorney-client relationship it was a partnership. The return on my time and dollar investment in his representation was positive. We achieved more together than I would have achieved on my own. I would work with Mike again and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
