Maureen Mullane Falecki

In practice for over twenty-five years, Maureen Falecki has focused her practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, as well as civil appeals.  Ms. Falecki represents insurers in first- and third-party coverage disputes and has extensive experience in complex coverage analysis, having handled a wide range of issues involving personal lines, commercial, property, and liability matters, as well as issues related to D&O coverage and umbrella and excess insurance policies.    In addition, she defends insurers in bad faith litigation and handles civil appeals in both state and federal courts.  Ms. Falecki has also worked as a full time Law Professor at Seattle University School of Law where she taught Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy.
